If you haven’t been to Mill Creek Pub Grand Valley recently you should go! Mill Creek was sold back in January 2023 and new owners Chris and Parul Burge are whipping up some great food but also adding some excitement to Grand Valley Main Street!!
How did Mill Creek Pub get its start?
Mill Creek Pub was established in Grand Valley by the Beatty family and when they put the business up for sale to pursue other endeavours Chris and Parul thought their combined skillset would be a great fit to take on the Pub. Chris and Parul both have a passion for good food, bringing diverse flavours into town and serving the community while supporting local.
When did you move to Grand Valley?
Chris’s parents have lived in Waldemar for over 20 years. Parul and Chris moved to Waldemar in 2016 and then moved into their brand new house in the Town of Grand Valleys Mayberry Hill Community in 2017.
Parul wasn’t sure about small town life after coming from Brampton but she said she fell in love with the simplicity and warmth of the people and the community
What is Mill Creek Pub Grand Valleys most popular menu item ?
Parul said since they are new to owning the business they are still exploring the “favourites” of their customers but so far they have seen chicken wings, burgers and all their feature pastas doing great and they see the growing love of butter chicken.
Parul said they are also hoping to add some good authentic Indian dishes to the menu as well.
What do you Love most about Grand Valley?
Parul said Grand Valley is their home town and they just love the people and all of the community support!
Whats Next for Mill Creek Pub Grand Valley?
Parul said they are working on adding some new items to the menu and tweaking some old recipes.
They are also in this midst of rebranding so they should have a new menu,logo,name(branding) by the end of March
Ladies night,Dart and Euchre leagues are all in the works as well. They want to have something for everyone!

March Break Workshop Information
Sign your kids up for a couple hours of DIY crafting during their week off!
Fine Print:
The workshop price includes all of the materials needed to make their selected sign.
Parents are welcome to attend but it isn’t mandatory if you just want to send them!
I will only have 15 spaces per workshop. If we reach 15 before the March 10th deadline I will post to let everyone know that the session is full. Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Please note that the prices at the Millcreek Pub location include a banana split & juice/pop (please let me know if your child has an dietary restrictions).
For our little ones- The Creek is bringing Easter Bunny to Grand Valley on April 8th from 11 am to 1 pm. Come get free hugs and Goodie bags.
