Storefront right on Main Street in the downtown core
The Perked Pierogi located at 17 Main St in Grand Valley is now open for business! I am not going to lie; I was so sad when I heard the coffee shop that used to occupy this space was closing but was excited to learn that a new coffee shop would be opening up in its place. It is so nice to have a local coffee shop in Grand Valley and to have another option for breakfast, lunch and coffee.

Owners Meghan & Stephany
Owners Meghan and Stephany decided to open up The Perked Pierogi realising the need for a coffee shop in Grand Valley. After a bit of renovation and sprucing up The Perked Pierogi opened.
The space is nicely decorated, spacious and has beautiful art on the walls. As I listened to the coffee shop soundtrack in the background Meghan explained that she is an artist who also loves to cook and combining the two passions was very important for her. In addition to owning the Perked Pierogi, Meghan also teaches children’s art classes at Stephany’s other business “21 Main”. Meghan’s lovely art lines the wall at The Perked Pierogi (unfortunately, I forgot to get a picture).

Meghan has been offering her homemade pierogies to town residents for quite some time now and after tasting my 4 potato/cheese pierogies I would definitely say she has mastered the craft. Can’t wait to come back for more!!

Open 7 days a week with early morning hours to accommodate the commuters who want to grab a great cup of coffee and a sweet treat or breakfast sandwich/wrap.
