I have included updates on the kiddos below, Doug keeps his calendar full with teaching and heading up the Math Department at CDHS(Shelburne High school). Doug also continues to coach and play hockey and baseball and has been obsessed with his kettlebell workouts this year! I have been super busy with real estate this year (update on the market below), I also continue to be an active volunteer in the Grand Valley community. I enjoyed playing Baseball and my visits to the barn provided some stress relief during the crazy times spending time with the horses. We had a little birdie leave the nest this fall (update on Myles below) and added a puppy to our family so the Steele Family Chaos continues!!

Myles
Myles ended his last semester of high school doing a 4 credit coop with his cousins carpentry business (Snell Contracting) and then went right into a summer of working full time with the same company. Myles graduated high school with honours and won a couple of awards as well. He is currently in the Carpentry program at Conestoga.

Duncan
Duncan has been quite active this year with extra circulars. He started Karate, plays hockey and baseball. Duncan went to a summer hockey camp as well this summer (first time ever for a sleep away camp). He did great but the real excitement for him this year was that he got a new puppy (now 8 months old) that he named Luke. Luke is an Australian Labradoodle Cobber Dog and is an absolute lovey.

Rosslyn
Rosslyn loves all things creative including art, drama, music etc.. Rosslyn took an art class this year that she loved and also continues to play hockey. Rosslyn loves to bake and do crafts and spend time with her friends.

Kitty & Gideon
Our beloved family pets Kitty and Gideon are doing well. They are getting used to sharing the attention with the new puppy Luke but provide a lot of love and snuggles to all

Amy’s Real Estate News
2022 was a roller coaster with a very hot spring market and then things balancing out and declining over the summer- present. In our area fall was a time of Sellers being stuck in 2021 and wanting the same price their neighbours got in Feb and Buyers frustrated and wanting properties for much less than list price. The market continues to settle and I am seeing more properties up for rent than I have seen in a long time. I have both buyers and sellers that are looking to make moves in the spring and are hoping the market is more stable by that point.
Happy Holidays!!
We hope you have a fantastic holiday season with your loved ones and hope 2023 is filled with all the things that fill your cup up!
Cheers,
Amy, Doug, Myles, Duncan and Rosslyn Steele
