Brooklyn is a community within the Town of Grand Valley. Brooklyn as the local’s call it is located on the east side of Grand Valley and you must drive over a bridge that crosses the Grand River which is located just off of Main Street as you head north through town.
Brooklyn has the benefit of being fully surrounded by nature and is only accessible by car by crossing the bridge. Brooklyn is also home to Hereward park and 2 baseball diamonds. Brooklyn has a blend of houses ranging from historical, wartime brick bungalows and custom builds. Houses do not come on the market often in Brooklyn and when they do they usually sell quickly as it is a quiet area of Grand Valley but within walking distance to downtown amenities, all while having trails, parks and the river right at your doorstep.
