You have likely seen the Pryde service vans around town. Pryde Heating Services is a local family-owned and operated business. Larry and his son Nicholas handle the service end of the business while Larry’s wife Jo-Ann and daughter Sarah manage the administration and customer service.
Larry decided to get into the heating business in 1980 when he worked for another company. He attended night school in the city, then started out on his own and officially opened Pryde Heating Services in 1992.
Larry was raised in Grand Valley from the time he was 4 years old. Larry married his wife, Jo-Ann, in 1983, and together they raised their family right here in town. Their children Nicholas and Sarah are raising their families in Grand Valley as well.
Pryde Heating provides regular maintenance of all gas appliances, including fireplaces. They sell and install fireplaces, furnaces and water tanks. They also run gas lines for BBQs and gas dryers.
Servicing as far as Collingwood, Mount Forest, Fergus, Caledon and surrounding areas.
